Responsibility:
Hooked on Cruises acts as an agent for cruise lines and other companies providing transportation, accommodations and other services. Tickets and/or contracts in use by these companies shall constitute the sole contract between such party and the passenger. Passengers agree that Hooked on Cruises and any affiliate or subsidiary shall not be or become liable or responsible for any injury or damage to person or property in connection with any cruise line or other company providing transportation, accommodations or other services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incidental to sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, act of governments or other authorities, wars, riots, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, pilferage, illness, epidemics, schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of Hooked on Cruises, any affiliate or subsidiary or for Any act or error caused by the cruise lines or other contractors providing transportation, accommodations or other services. Hooked on Cruises or any affiliate or subsidiary shall not be liable for any additional expense sustained by the passenger as a result of any of the forgoing causes.
Passport & Visa Requirements:
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PASSENGER TO OBTAIN VISAS, WHEN AND WHERE REQUIRED, FROM THE APPROPRIATE EMBASSY OR NEAREST CONSULATE OF THE COUNTRY YOU ARE PLANNING TO VISIT, OR A VISA SERVICE COMPANY. Some countries require that your U.S. passport be valid at least six months or longer beyond the dates of your trip. If your passport expires before the required validity, you will have to apply for a new one. Please check with the embassy or nearest consulate of the country that you plan to visit for their requirements.
Centers for Disease Control & Prevention:
It is the responsibility of the passenger to obtain health information, recommendations or warnings for the country that you are planning to visit, and to get any vaccinations or inoculations required and to provide proof of vaccinations if needed.
Failure to have proper documentation could result in denied boarding of flights and or cruises. Hooked on Cruises assumes no liability for loss or damages if passengers arrive for check in without the proper documents. Travel insurance is recommended to offset any delays or cancellations that may occur.
